Quality and care are at the heart of what we do. Here's our return and refund policy:
Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Contact us at info@totulshop.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide return instructions once your request is approved. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition with original packaging. Please note that gift cards cannot be returned.
Return Shipping
You're responsible for return shipping costs. The exception: if your item arrives defective or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and processed within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
